Naturally inquisitive and a life long learner, I'm also intrigued by the story behind a company, the challenges and business goals, and how identifying the right key players can propel a company's success. 

I began my career working alongside founders and engineering teams in tech startups and growing IT organizations, gaining a strong foundation in software development, agile delivery, DevOps, security, and what it takes to build high-performing teams. In 2014, I found my calling as a technical recruiter, partnering with both candidates and hiring leaders to advance careers and build teams that fueled business growth. Over the years, I built a trusted network of thousands of top technology professionals.

After several years in consulting, where I worked with global teams and Fortune 500 clients to solve complex, enterprise initiatives and assemble expert teams, I gained a deeper understanding of how organizations operate, how decisions are shaped, and how diverse perspectives drive stronger outcomes.
